Maverick was our pick-of-the litter from our Grace x Goose pairing. He has turned out to be a great combination of his parents, both in looks and ability. He averages 75 pounds with a nice athletic build, gorgeous coat, wonderful temperament, and just all-around delightful Labrador Retriever.
 

Maverick was placed with his guardian family, near Appleton, at 8 weeks of age. When he’s not being spoiled by his humans, Maverick enjoys learning new tricks and playing scenting games. He gets along well with humans of all sizes and other four-legged critters. Maverick is confident in new situations and willing to work when asked. He is gentle with small children, yet can turn it up and rough house with older kids/adults and be brought back down to a calm demeanor. Like his mom, Maverick has the drive, work ethic, and stamina to go all day; however, has a great ‘off switch’ when indoors.

Some of Maverick favorites include: car rides, retrieving, camping in Northern Wisconsin, swimming, snuggling, and being a lap dog.
