Faith is an exceptional dog. We knew the day we brought her home at 9 weeks that she was special. Even as a young pup she had a calm demeanor, good manners, patience, and tons of confidence. Her eagerness and willingness to learn made training basic & advanced obedience a breeze. She is gentle with humans of all sizes and other animals. Everyone falls in love with this girl the moment they meet her as she brings a feeling of peacefulness to all those around her.
Faith resides with her guardian family near Madison where she is adored by her family of 6 humans. She is the only pet so she gets plenty of attention. During the week, Faith works alongside her human mom as a Therapy Dog at a not-for-profit dual diagnosis addiction treatment center. Faith's keen sense of perception allows her to detect tension and provide a feeling of calm when people are in distress. Her ability to react appropriately makes her beloved to staff and patients alike. Faith helps patients tremendously in their path to recovery & mental health stability.
Faith comes from mostly English lines and weighs around 67 pounds. She has several national and international show champions in her 5-generation pedigree. Many of Faiths relatives have also proved to be good hunting dogs. Faith has earned the AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC), CGC Advanced, CGC Urban, Trick Dog Novice, Virtual Home Manners, and Virtual Scent Work titles.
** Faith was spayed and retired from our breeding program in April 2024. Faith now lives full time with her forever family near Madison. She is an amazing companion to a family of 6 and continues to change lives as a therapy dog at an addiction treatment center.
